Shipping

Orders are sent by Aramex or Australia Post at a flat rate of $15. International shipping can be arranged on request. Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after payment has been received, usually within 2 business days. Due to the nature of the product we dispatch Monday – Thursday depending on delivery address. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product we do not offer change of mind returns. This being said we want you to love your chocolate, Please contact us if you believe your product is defective or not as ordered and we will gladly replace/refund or exchange.

Is Your Dark Chocolate Vegan and Dairy Free?

Yes, none of our dark chocolate has dairy as an ingredient. Please note that our products are manufactured in an environment where dairy is present so they may contain dairy traces.

Are Your Products Gluten Free?

Yes!

Are Your Products Peanut Free?

Yes, no products containing peanuts are manufactured in our environment.
