Shipping

All orders are sent Express Post at a flat rate of $9 for South-East Queensland, and $15 for the rest of Australia. Free Shipping is offered for orders over $60. International shipping can be arranged on request. Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after payment has been received, usually within 2 business days. Due to the nature of the product we dispatch Monday – Thursday depending on delivery address. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product we do not offer change of mind returns. This being said we want you to love your chocolate, Please contact us if you believe your product is defective or not as ordered and we will gladly replace/refund or exchange.
