If the product is defective or you have received the wrong items then you may need to return a product to us.
In addition to this policy you have all statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act.
If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or not arrives to you in an unsatisfactory condition, you may contact us to discuss your options including a replacement, credit or a refund. If an incorrect item is sent to you then we will request that it is returned to us in its original condition. Shipping costs for all returns will be out our discretion.
